RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES :

A. OUR RATES :
- Our internet rates are valid for booking made through our website not direct to hotel or other websites.
- Most of our internet rates are including 21% of government tax, service charge and breakfast.
- Room rates are quoted per room per night except packages rates or stated otherwise.

- Note : We are on progress of updating the details of each hotel listed here.
            Please contact us for further inquiry or booking in USD or Rupiah rates.

B. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES:
- All bookings including room availability and room rates are referred to our written confirmation.
- For certain periods, we may need a deposit or full prepayment to secure the confirmed bookings.
- The credit card details as a guarantee only and will be charged upon your arrival
- Cancellation fee  will be referred to hotel cancellation policy
- Upon request we will issue a confirmation voucher to show upon arrival to the hotel.
- Otherwise,our final confirmation emaill can be treated as a booking confirmation.

C. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Regular (Low) Season :
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- Early check out will be charged two nights room value.

High Season & Peak Season :
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- Full nights room reserved will be charged for any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date.
- No refund for early check out.

- Other conditions will be reffered to each hotel's cancellation policies and procedures.

D. PAYMENT METHOD :
A deposit or full prepayment to secure the confirmed bookings is required which can be done by below options :
1. Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) to our Bank account ( number will be provided)
2. Online payment with Visa or Master Card, link: https://www.balipayment.com/?h=IndoRooms

If any balance of payment, we will meet you during your stay in the hotel.
Payment can be done by :
- Cash (Euro, USD, Aust Dollar, Sin Dollar, Yen ) or Traveller Cheque
- Credit card ( Visa or Master card) with additional 3% for bank charge
- Directly to the hotel at our confirmed rates, upon our agreement
